1. Honey, Bees, and Wax Products – No Refunds or Returns
Due to the nature of our products, Bee Centric Apiary does not issue refunds or accept returns on honey, live bees, or wax products. These items are agricultural or consumable goods and cannot be returned or resold once they leave our facility.
2. Order Accuracy & Quality Assurance
We take great care to ensure all orders are packaged accurately and products meet our quality standards. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the concern.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, notify us immediately with photos of the packaging and product. While refunds are not offered, we may provide a replacement item at our discretion if the issue is confirmed to be on our end.
4. Live Bee Orders
All live bee orders are inspected before pickup or shipment. Because bees are living organisms affected by transport conditions and environmental factors outside our control, we cannot guarantee survival after pickup or delivery and do not offer refunds or replacements.
5. Custom or Special Orders
Custom labels, specialty packaging, or made‑to‑order items are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned.
